    Impartiality, trust and role boundaries: why they matter


    In January I had the opportunity to visit Duke University and speak to a class, along with Maha El-Metwally, about impartiality, role boundaries and trust when working as an interpreter. I was about to succumb to a terrible flu, but the conversation was quite interesting and spot on for interpreters working with refugees and immigrants seeking healthcare services.
